• How am I billed?

  Plans are billed monthly in USD via secure international checkout. You're charged at the start of each billing period and can change plans anytime.

• Do you support Indonesian payment methods?

  Today we accept international cards globally. If you'd like to pay via bank transfer in IDR in the meantime, reach out and we'll arrange a manual invoice.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Absolutely. Cancel from settings with one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

• Do you offer a free trial?

  Yes — Growth comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Try the full experience and upgrade to Pro whenever you need more outlets or AI capacity.

• How does the loyalty stamp card work?

  Customers tap your profile, get an anonymous QR — no login, no email. You scan their QR to add a stamp; the card unlocks itself once they hit the threshold. Growth covers up to 100 active customers, Pro is unlimited.

• Is the feedback feature "review gating"?

  No. Review gating filters customers by rating before showing the Google review prompt — Google's policy forbids it. Linkbrand shows the same Google prompt to every customer who submits feedback. The mechanism here is recovery speed (private feedback → instant owner notification → fast WhatsApp reply), not filtering.

• Do I get invoices and receipts?

  Yes. Receipts arrive after each charge and you can download invoices from your billing settings.

• What happens if I downgrade?

  We keep your data safe. Features above your new limits become read-only until you upgrade again.
